Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read through our policy to understand how we handle refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost, and there’s no need to return the original item.

Claims

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note, we are unable to accept claims for:

- Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)

- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

- Incorrect size ordered

Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

 - Be unused and in their original condition

 - Include the original packaging

 - Be accompanied by your original sales order receipt or order number

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. For items valued over $75, shipping insurance is also recommended.

Please note that Dainty Treasures cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:

 - Shipping costs are non-refundable

 - For orders with free shipping, a restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Double-check your bank account

2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted

3. Check with your bank — there is often a processing period before a refund appears
